The platform developed by the Pecege Ecosystem was used for ticket management and customer service during the event, held at the Palacete Luiz de Queiroz, in Piracicaba
Linka, an event management platform developed by the Pecege Ecosystem, was used in the operation of Village Arte Decor in Piracicaba. The tool supported ticket generation and visitor assistance. According to Bruno Chamochumbi, the event’s organizer, more than 30,000 people visited the exhibition.
“The result of the exhibition was spectacular. It was surprising to arrive here and see the public visiting, getting emotional, and attending in droves. It was special. Having Linka was a great gift, because we didn’t expect success on this scale. There were over 30,000 visitors, and the platform supported us,” states Chamochumbi.
The organizer also highlighted the technical and operational support during the event, especially regarding ticket generation. For him, the experience demonstrated the importance of technology in operating initiatives that attract large audiences.
The use at Village Arte Decor also contributed to the platform’s development. Created initially to meet Pecege’s own needs, Linka brings together features for registrations, sales, credentialing, audience management, coupons, and data tracking.
“Linka was born out of a need of Pecege itself and evolved from our experience with events and participant journey management. Today, we have a solution that can be used by different organizations, with resources that help integrate operation, data, and experience into a single environment,” states Bruno Kadri, CTO of Pecege.
The platform’s performance was tied to the Palacete Luiz de Queiroz project, which, according to Daniel Sonoda, CEO of Pecege, presented challenges for the teams involved. Sonoda states that participation in the project also allowed the system to be refined during its use.
“The Palacete Luiz de Queiroz project was a true challenge. Linka entered unexpectedly, but it was a welcome surprise because they helped each other: the project helped Linka develop, and Linka enabled the project to flow. Many people used the platform and, as difficulties arose, they were corrected. Today, the system works very well,” says Sonoda.
For Piracicaba, the presence of solutions developed by the Pecege Ecosystem also represents an opportunity to bring education, technology, and innovation closer to the region’s needs. By transforming Pecege’s experience into a solution applicable to different organizations and segments, Linka contributes to strengthening the local ecosystem, supporting initiatives that boost the city, and highlighting Piracicaba’s potential in creating and applying technological solutions.
