1986
1986: Origin
"Prof. Pedro V. Marques, faculty member at Esalq/USP, creates a group dedicated to structuring and organizing courses focused on Agribusiness.
1999
1999: First Class
First class of the MBA in Agribusiness USP/ESALQ - In Company at Famato (Federation of Agriculture and Livestock of the State of Mato Grosso), in Cuiabá, MT.
2003
2003: Extension Group
Creation of the extension group, linked to the Department of Economics, Sociology, and Administration at USP, on the campus of the University of Piracicaba (SP).
2004
2004: New Management
Pecege comes under the coordination of Prof. Pedro V. Marques and the management of Daniel Y. Sonoda.
2005
2005: MBAs in the Market
The USP/Esalq MBAs begin to be openly offered to the market in partnership with Fealq (Luiz de Queiroz Foundation for Agrarian Studies).
2010
2010: Expanding Presence
Pecege moves to an office outside the Esalq/USP campus, equipped with a studio to begin the first distance learning class broadcasts.
2011
2011: Satellite Transmission
Launch of the first USP/Esalq MBA classes in distance learning mode, with satellite transmission.
2013
2013: Pecege Institute
Creation of the Pecege Institute, a non-profit association.
2015
2015: Higher Education
Launch of Pecege College and the undergraduate course in Managerial Processes, in-person mode.
2017
2017: Association
Pecege transitions from being an extension group to operating as an association focused on the production and dissemination of knowledge, with the Pecege Institute as its legal entity.
2023
2023: New Headquarters Inauguration
Opening of the new headquarters at the Piracicaba Technology Park (SP). The facility provides space for the development of new projects, initiatives, events, and the expansion of partnerships focused on education and innovation.
