Solution Platform and Magalu continue their partnership focused on people development with a new initiative dedicated to approximately 400 women working in the company’s technology area. This time, the chosen topic is communication in the professional environment, a skill that directly influences collaboration, interpersonal relationships, leadership, and career development.
The class, offered free of charge to participants, will be led by Denise de Moura, Solution Platform Ambassador, on 09/17/2026 at 2 PM, in ONLINE format, with a duration of 1 hour.
Initiative name: LabGirls
LabGirls is an internal initiative within the Luizalabs structure, which aims to promote knowledge exchange, career discussions, and development for women who are part of Magalu’s technology areas
The new action expands a collaboration that began with a project developed around the theme of Generational Leadership, led by professor Celysa Hirt. The initiative addressed the challenges of leading and developing teams composed of different generations, considering aspects such as communication, relationships, collaboration, and the diverse repertoires present in the workplace.
In addition to the content on Generational Leadership, the partnership included three live meetings for Magalu’s network of employees, expanding the possibilities for interaction and deepening the topics covered.
The positive feedback received from this first experience contributed to the creation of a new front between the organizations. Now, the focus shifts to communication and a strategic audience: women building their careers in the technology sector.
Communication as a skill for more effective professional relationships
In increasingly collaborative professional environments, composed of people with diverse experiences, repertoires, and interaction styles, knowing how to communicate goes beyond transmitting information.
Clarity, active listening, adaptability to the interlocutor, assertiveness, and attention to how a message is perceived are elements that can influence professional relationships, decision-making, feedback, negotiations, and the building of trust among teams.
It is from this perspective that Denise de Moura will lead the meeting with Magalu’s participants, bringing communication-related concepts closer to situations present in daily professional life.
The proposal is to provide a development space that contributes to a practical reflection on how each professional communicates, establishes relationships, and builds their presence in the workplace.
“When education and organizations come together with the purpose of developing people, learning gains even more meaning. The partnership between Pecege and Magalu, through Solution, precisely translates this connection between knowledge, practice, and continuous development,” highlights Denise.

Denise de Moura‘s choice to lead the initiative also reinforces her role as an Ambassador for Plataforma Solution, bringing market experience closer to the production and dissemination of knowledge aimed at professional development.

From generational leadership to communication: a partnership that evolves
The continuation of the partnership between Plataforma Solution and Magalu shows how different behavioral competencies can be worked on in a complementary way within people development strategies.
In the first project, generational leadership brought to the discussion the differences in experiences, expectations, and ways of working that coexist within organizations. In the new meeting, communication emerges as one of the elements capable of connecting these differences and contributing to clearer, more collaborative, and more productive professional relationships.
By directing the new initiative towards approximately 400 women in the technology sector, the project also creates an opportunity to discuss a transversal competency, applicable to both team relationships and contexts of leadership, idea presentation, negotiation, feedback, and professional development.
For Plataforma Solution, projects like this reinforce the importance of building learning experiences connected to the real challenges of organizations and their professionals, combining knowledge, market experience, and practical application.
The new class with Denise de Moura thus represents another chapter in the partnership with Magalu and expands a collaboration initiated from leadership development into a new training front dedicated to communication and the development of women in technology.
