Pecege Institute will host Expo Gestão & RH 2026, an event dedicated to trends and challenges in people management and the corporate environment. The event will take place in person on 11/11/2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in Piracicaba (São Paulo), and is expected to bring together Human Resources professionals, managers, leaders, business owners, and organizational representatives.
The program includes lectures on Management 5.0, artificial intelligence, generational leadership, and human behavior under pressure. Edson Monteiro will address transformations in management models. Andréa Krug will present the lecture “People & AI: Who Leads Whom?”, focusing on the relationship between artificial intelligence and human protagonism. Celysa Hirt will discuss generational leadership, and Eduardo Shinyashiki will lead “The Leader’s Brain Under Pressure”, focusing on the challenges of leading in high-pressure contexts.
