Pecege conducted the Successors Program, an In Company initiative aimed at the successors of Cargill’s partner producers and suppliers. Held in a hybrid format, the program included in-person sessions in São Paulo and Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, and was developed with a focus on challenges related to succession, strategic management, innovation, and business continuity in agribusiness.
The program was structured around the needs identified by Cargill, connecting knowledge and practical experience with the realities of producer families and the new generations beginning to take on responsibilities in management and in decisions related to the future of their businesses.
The initiative was commissioned by Daniela Queiroz, Product Line Adviser, and Mayara Rodrigues, Marketing and Insights Specialist, at Cargill. It featured a customized proposal developed to meet the company’s context, target audience, and objectives.
“Each In Company program is built around the challenges and objectives of each organization. In this project with Cargill, we had the opportunity to develop training connected to the reality of producer families and to the needs of new generations preparing to take on new roles in their businesses. This proximity makes it possible to transform knowledge into a practical and relevant experience for participants,” highlights Daniela Flôres, manager of Pecege’s Business Center.
Succession is a strategic issue for the continuity of family businesses in agribusiness. Preparing new generations to take on responsibilities involves developing knowledge and skills related to management, decision-making, innovation, and forward-looking perspectives, as well as understanding the transformations and challenges affecting the sector.
In this context, Pecege’s In Company programs are developed on a customized basis, taking into account the needs, objectives, and characteristics of each organization and its audience. The goal is to bring applied knowledge to different professional contexts, providing learning experiences connected to participants’ realities and to the challenges they face in their businesses.
The partnership with Cargill reinforces Pecege’s work in developing educational solutions focused on agribusiness and on preparing new generations for the sector’s current and future challenges.
More than simply providing training, the In Company model enables Pecege to work jointly with each organization to create learning experiences aligned with its needs, strategic objectives, and the development of its audiences.
For Pecege, initiatives such as this represent an opportunity to connect knowledge, people, and organizations, contributing to the development of professionals, producers, and successors, as well as to the creation of educational solutions aligned with transformations in the market and in agribusiness.
