Pecege and Piracicaba Technology Park supported the 20th edition of the Go Winners Experience (GWE), an immersive and free program aimed at the development of university students. The journey took place between August 24 and September 2, 2026, with in-person activities at Piracicaba Technology Park and Instituto Pecege, in Piracicaba (SP).

Organized by Go Winners, the program was supported by Pecege and Piracicaba Technology Park. The proposal was to put participants in contact with situations and topics present in daily professional life, combining learning, teamwork, exchange of experiences, and networking.

The program began at the Technology Park, a space that brings together companies, educational institutions, and innovation initiatives. It was there that the students began the activities and got to know the challenges proposed throughout the immersion. Among the topics covered were communication, emotional intelligence, and the use of artificial intelligence as a tool for building solutions.

Subsequently, the agenda moved to Instituto Pecege. The change of location followed the program’s own dynamic, which brought participants closer to different environments related to education, technology, and professional development. Throughout the experience, university students were encouraged to collaborate, present ideas, and broaden their vision of the demands of early career.

The closing ceremony took place at Pecege, and marked the conclusion of an edition dedicated to the theme Science, Technology, and Innovation. For the participants, the end of the program brought together the main learnings from a week of interaction, challenges, and building professional contacts.

“The closing of this edition at Pecege represents an opportunity to reinforce the importance of bringing students closer to the new challenges and possibilities of the market. Initiatives like the Go Winners Experience create important connections between knowledge, professional development, and innovation,” states Daniel Sonoda, CEO of Pecege.

With over 50 hours of activities, the Go Winners Experience also served as a space for bringing together young talents and partner companies. The immersion sought to offer students a practical experience, beyond academic training and traditional selection processes, preparing them for the constantly transforming job market.
